This five day camp will be led by Xtreme Lacrosse founder and director John Mott. Coach Mott has been a Personal Fitness Trainer, Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, since 2003.
The camp will include morning sessions focused around functional strength training, flexibility, speed, and agility. The afternoon sessions will offer lacrosse drills enhancing stick skills and teaching concepts of the game.

9:30-10am Functional Strength workout
10-10:15am Water/Snack fuel
10:15-11am Speed workout
11-11:15am Water/Snack fuel
11:15-12pm Agility workout
12-1pm Lunch
1-1:45pm Stick work drills
1:45-2pm Water/Snack fuel
2-2:45pm Conceptual game drills
2:45-3pm Water/Snack
3-3:50pm Scrimmage Games
3:50-4pm Cool down/ Camper pick up
Gatorade and Ice will be provided daily.
Campers are responsible for their own snacks, water, and lunches.
Full lacrosse equipment, sneakers, and cleats required.
